Enable Console First

1. Open CS2 game settings
2. Set "Enable Developer Console" to Yes
3. Press the ~ key to open console

Basic Setup Commands

1. Enter practice map
2. Type in console:
   • sv_cheats true
   • mp_drop_knife_enable true
3. Drop current weapons using G key
4. Move out of buy zone
