• Improved performance optimization for CPU-bound scenarios, enhancing overall game performance.
• Updated spectator follow recoil behavior: Now accurately mirrors the target player's crosshair settings when their crosshair is visible.
• Added new Steam Workshop functionality for map annotations:
- Users can now update existing map annotations using command "workshop_annotation_submit [ID]"
- Example: "workshop_annotation_submit 123456" updates submission with ID=123456
- Submitting with an ID not owned by you creates a new submission
- After first update, ID gets embedded in annotation file
- Subsequent changes can be submitted without re-entering ID
